English For Hotel Professionals
Our English for Hotel Professionals course is designed to help most positions in your hotel such as the hotel management, the reception, concierges, housekeeping, restaurant staff, tour guides, and most other hotel staff positions. The main objective is speaking confidently and professionally with foreign tourists. Staff will practice role-plays about booking a room, solving complaints, giving advice about the local area, using the telephone, handling money, and sharing cultural experiences.
